1. Introduction
Welcome to SkillUpgrade. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the professional skill upgrade and qualification improvement courses, digital materials, and physical items offered through skillupgrade.info.
2. Scope of Services
SkillUpgrade provides three distinct categories of offerings:
- Professional skill upgrade and qualification improvement courses (online or in-person classes and workshops).
- Info-product digital materials (ebooks, video tutorials, downloadable guides).
- Physical goods (training kits, printed materials, branded merchandise).
3. User Obligations
By accessing or enrolling in any service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are specified on the relevant course, digital product, or goods page. Payment must be completed prior to access or shipment. SkillUpgrade reserves the right to suspend access or delivery if payment is not received in full.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Professional Skill Upgrade and Qualification Improvement Courses
You may request a cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days, minus a SGD 50 administrative charge. Course transfers to a later session or alternative offering are permitted if requested no later than 7 days before the start date. No refunds or transfers will be granted once a course has commenced.
5.2 Info-Product Digital Materials
Digital materials may be canceled and refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 days. After 7 days or once more than 20% of the content is accessed, all sales are final.
5.3 Physical Goods
Unused, unopened goods purchased directly from SkillUpgrade may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer an merge, at your preference, within 14 days. If an item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for an merge. Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund or merge.
6. Service Modifications
SkillUpgrade may modify course schedules, instructors, content, and delivery methods. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of significant changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillUpgrade and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm arising from your participation in any offering.
